Karren

Karren is the scientific name for the crystalline karst rock formation that was carved and sculpted over the centuries by water and wind activity. Karren is made from a careful selection of Cabernet Sauvignon. Refinement and unmistakable complexity, typical of Cabernet Sauvignon, thanks to an average ageing of 12 months in French oak barrels.

NAME: I.G.P. TERRE SICILIANE

COLOUR: Intense ruby red, with purple hints

NOSE: Bursting olfactory panorama of red fruit, blackcurrant, blueberry with a noble finish of roasted coffee, cocoa and eucalyptus

TASTE: Rich body and supported by a velvety of great balance, articulated tannins

PAIRING: Roast beef

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
