A classic method from Catarratto Extralucido grapes, produced in only 570 bottles, Ferreri & Bianco’s Brut surprises with its uniqueness. A sparkling wine characterised by its 86-month maturation on the lees. Rich soul and grand elegance.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

NAME: PREMIUM QUALITY SPARKLING WINE

TYPE: Metodo Classico – Brut Bianco

COLOUR: Straw yellow with rich froth and very fine perlage

NOSE: Bread crust, walnut husk, honey and mineral hints

TASTE: Fresh, complex and persistent. Leaves the palate in a nice and velvety way

PAIRING: Veal carpaccio

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 4-6 °C
