Nero d'Avola Ferreri

The queen grape of Sicily has found made its home in the Santa Ninfa area where it can express itself in all its magnificence. Generous on the nose with hints of plum and black cherry, violet undergrowth and sweet spice. On the palate it is characterised by its softness with dense tannins and its structured body.

TASTE: Soft with dense tannins and a structured body, articulated between ripe cherry and currant

PAIRING: Fettuccine with mushrooms and sausage

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14-16 °C
