THE CRU WINES


Our CRUs are the result of carefully selecting grapes by thinning out the dedicated vines. In this way, we limit the unit quantity produced. There are two distinct lines: an International line obtained from ageing a Nero d’Avola for 12 months and a Cabernet Sauvignon in French oak barriques. There is also a Traditional line from ageing Catarratto in chestnut barriques for 4/6 months and Nero d’Avola for 12 months. Blending these two indigenous grape varieties with the chestnut produces two exclusive, unique and innovative wines
